Are you ready to start changing the world?

How the program works

Teams can have up to 5 girls between the ages 13-18.

Mentors and coaches are someone who can guide and motivate your team.

We are running our Technovation GirlsBC program in a hybrid format this season - Check our schedule page for topics, dates and session formats.

Outcomes

Technovation does more than teach girls how to code—we aim to teach girls to be problem solvers and innovators so that they can become leaders in whatever field they choose.

Participating in Technovation Girls affects girls for years after they complete the program. In a Global 10 year-look back survey, we found that Technovation Alumnae go on to pursue STEM careers or degrees at higher rates than the national average.

of Alumnae pursue a STEM degree

compared to 35% of female undergraduates who pursue STEM degrees overall

of Alumnae work in STEM-related jobs

compared to the US average of 27% of women in STEM-related fields

of Alumnae felt an increased sense of self-efficacy

and credit that to the influence of Technovation
